Well technically Menu Plan Tuesday, but hey, at least I'm planning.
Kevin's been gone for a week now and I had grand plans to continue to eat cleaneating/real food dinner meals, as well as add in ce/rf breakfast and exercise.
So far, not so good. But I'm going to make a super good attempt to get back on it.
So here is the meal plan for the rest of the week. I've gotten a lot of comments and emails about the meals I was cooking and I'm hoping to remember to photograph it so I can put up some more recipe posts.
I'm excited that you all are excited about it so it's motivation for me to continue to do it. :)
Tuesday: Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken with Honey Glazed Carrots
Wednesday: Crock Pot Chili and Clean Eating Cornbread
Thursday: Broiled Salmon with Rosemary and Cauliflower 'Mashed Potatos'
Friday: Pizza
