Mug Swap

Dalayna from Pointing Up and Britt from Yellow Umbrella recently did a mug swap! Again, I love getting some snail mail and I love mugs, especially cute ones!!! 

We didn't know who was sending us our mug (it was a surprise!!!). We were given our partner and told to 'stalk' them on all the social media to get an  idea of who they were and pick out a mug that fit them. 

My partner was Danette from All My Love For All My Days. After looking over her blog, twitter, facebook and instagram (yep...I'm a good stalker), I found out that she is a true lover of God. And that you all need to totally stalk...er, follow her on all the ways posted!!! :) 

When I was shopping one day I can across a mug that said Believe on it. It was orange on the inside and was pretty and bright. I thought it would be perfect for her. I didn't take pictures of it before I sent it, but you can see it here on her Instagram (and probably on her post about the swap too). 

Who got me you ask??? Well Lindsay from From Nanny to Family did. : ) Her note was super sweet too!!! And she's a very good stalker too! My new BFF perhaps?!! 

I got a note in the mail before I got the mug saying that she ordered it from Etsy and that it should be there soon. She said after stalking me the mug just felt like me. And she was so right. She said the color blue kept jumping out at her when she looked at  my Instagram feed. She also said that the pattern made her think of sewing and it really does! 

Now I have to say I don't drink coffee at home. I'm not a fan of regular coffee...I'm a white mocha kind of girl. I've tried the creamers that are white mocha and it's just not the same. So if anyone has a recipe for an awesome homemade white mocha, let me know!!

I do however like to make hot tea at home. I have a few different flavors from Teavana. But I have to say my fave is Earl Gray with a splash of milk and some sugar. Soooo yummy!!!
