Meal Plan Monday #2

For the past probably 2 months I've been trying to make out dinner meals 'clean eating' meals. I've done a pretty good job. We do still order pizza on Fridays and eat out occasionally.

We have found a lot of meals we loved, some we liked and some that were complete duds and ended up having pb&j's for dinner instead.

This week I'm doing all our meals from Paleo recipes. I'm going to try and make sure to do Menu Plan Monday more often, especially after having a few people contact me about the meals I make.

And hopefully I remember to take pics so I can do recipe posts too. ;)

So without further ado, here is this weeks plan. All (except spaghetti and pizza) are new to us recipes. :)

Sunday: Spaghetti





Friday: Pizza Night

Saturday: Artichoke and Sun Dried Tomato Stuffed Chicken Breasts (minus the white wine, add balsamic)

  1. This menu looks amazing! I am so impressed. I want to make the chicken curry with apples and I'm pretty blown away with Saturday's selection..can I come over for dinner? I think I need to start menu planning an increase the yummy factor over here. All the best- Monica
