This receipe is really really good. I always have at least 2 bowls of it, lol.
It's from Rachel Ray and I really didn't change the recipe at all.
The only thing I did do was omit the fennel (only because I accidentally used both bulbs I had on the night before's dinner) and added celery, since I had it.

The recipe is easy. The actual time making the soup isn't much but making the stock takes a little while. But most of that is just simmering the stock for a while.
