I'm back with another meal plan Monday!
I didn't meal plan last week and it totally threw me off. So glad I had time to do it this week.
So here it is. None of these recipes (besides pizza and spaghetti) I have tried before, so I'll let you know how they turn out. They all sound super good though!
Monday - Grilled Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
Tuesday - Summer Herb Soup
Wednesday - Cranberry Crock Pot Chicken
Thursday - Eggplant Parmesan
Friday - Pizza
Saturday - Eat something easy with kids (K is going hunting)
Sunday - Spaghetti

I don't always meal plan but the weeks that I do go so much easier. I am trying a few new recipes, zucchini boats, avocado pasta and we already tried cranberry cream cheese turkey sandwiches and they were so yummy!
ReplyDeleteYour menu for the week sounds great. I have to meal plan every week; if I don't, it doesn't work out well for me or the family! Tonight I'm making grilled marinated chicken breasts with pesto-roasted potatoes and vegetables. Later in the week we're having chicken salad with salad greens and fruit, homemade beef vegetable soup, beef stir fry, and fritatta.
