2 from the heart posts in 1 week...go me!!!
I can feel that this might be a post that is all over the place but I'm gonna try and keep it simple.
Everyone wants to be a better person....at least I do. I want to be nicer, healthier (eating habits and exercise), be closer to God.....the list could go on.
I've been good about meal planning the past couple weeks (although with school starting and all, I've slacked about it this week. I need to get back on it for next week. It made things so much easier and we were eating clean healthy meals.
Exercice......oh the dreaded exercise. I won't lie. I don't like it. But I need to do it. Not only to lose a little weight but to get in better shape and be healthier. My ankle is still bothering me but I'm going to start doing some therapy on it so hopefully it will get better soon. I would love to be able to run. My hubby is a crazy runner and I would love to go on a run with him and not make him slow down so much for me.
God....the one and only! I was baptized, took first communion and confirmed back in April. It was one of the top 4 best things I've ever done. Other 3 being having each of my kids and marrying my hubbys. But I don't take the time I should to be with him. I started doing the She Reads Truth series, but slacked off on it. But I need to make the time everyday to do it. Period. End of story.
I am in the works of having a new linkup. I know there are so many of us who struggle with some aspect of living healthier lives. And we could all use some encouragement. Keep an eye out for that coming up soon!!

I've been slacking on my Bible study too. I need to get back into my routine. I feel so much better after I spend some alone time with God. I'll be watching for your link up!
